I have this habit of getting busy in no time. One thing off the plate, I help myself to another serving. I need to learn to slow down.

It’s all about balancing. Charlotte’s right.

This is photo was taken in the heart of Paris downtown. Right opposite the National Gallery House, you see the grandness of Hausmann’s boulevards; straight, wide roads with very neat and well planned structures.

I’m thankful my playlist on Youtube buffered 100% and the songs played smoothly without even have to make those annoying buffered stops for the whole 2 hours. Pretty amazing considering the internet connection. Yay!

I’m thankful I have a paper to write. I am reading up so much on Malaya and I’m learning so much about my own tanah air. Still rather amazed how segregation is an inevitable natural process, even more with groups of people.

I’m thankful for…a new day today. I am tired but no complains. No complains.

I will get through with God’s strength.

Lesson of the day: Maturity is the ability to delay gratification.

My senses and my brain.

The ability for human senses to detect and the brain to process the detection are amazing.

Someone walked past me and I thought I smelled my brother. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not going senile. The person was wearing my brother’s eau de parfume.

On another thought, maybe it’s just my nose. A smell can remind me of home; is that even possible? Anyhow, it’s still pretty amazing.

Or maybe, I’m missing home. Yeah, maybe I should go home next year, just to refresh my memory of the smells. The smells of home.

I’m doing okay over here in uni; 2nd year seems to be gliding and slipping through my fingers. I seemed to transition into the year rather smoothly, without any shocks or having to readjust my lifestyle to anything paramount.

God is good and I love Him even more. Fret not, God is God, bad times or good times.

Here’s a quick “Hi!” to people at home. I apologize for my absence and lack of news. I have not forgotten you – allow me to move on.

Oh yeah, I’m missing home.
